The story begins as a space pirate known as Lips kidnaps our hero named Gary alond with his girlfriend. Inside Lip's spaceship, Gary is informed that he is the descendant of a band of "galactic gypsises" who hid the secrets of the "blowing light".
There is a map which shows the whereabouts of the "blowing light" engraved on Gary's body. It is soon discovered that just one map is not sufficient enough to lead them to the "blowing light". They must have a combination of three maps in order to solve this great and intriguing mystery. Gary, his girlfriend, and Lips must now begin their quest for the remaining two maps in order to save the galaxy from the impending threat of mass destruction.
