Self Pickup: When we well prepared your ordered products, we will email Order Shipping/Pickup Notice to you to collect the items from our company within the office hour.

1. If you authorize someone to take the order for you, please inform our Customer Representative first by phone or email.

2. All the Self Pickup items should be taken from the Customer Services Centre within one month (based on the date of Order Shipping/Pickup Notice confirmation).  Otherwise, we will handle the order; the charged amount will not be refunded.

By Registered Mail: We will use Hong Kong Post's "Register Mail" to deliver the items.  It covers the whole Hong Kong. In normal condition, the product can be received in 1- 2 working days upon receipt of Order Shipping/Pickup Notice.

By Courier:  It covers the whole Hong Kong Island, Kowloon Peninsula and the New Territories (except village). Just stay at home and enjoy the speedy and convenient services.  In normal condition, the product can be received in 1 - 2 working days upon receipt of Order Shipping/Pickup Notice.

Other Regions outside Hong Kong:

By International Express Courier:
For any destination outside Hong Kong, we use the international Express Courier, like DHL,  SpeedPost,  DPEX (EMS) or the Hong Kong Post's Air Mail for delivery. 
Customers should be responsible for the custom duty and any relevant tax. As the Customs of different countries have their own regulation, customer should be clear that whether the ordered item is under the group of restrictive items.  If the Customs suspected the content of the item and confiscate it, we will not bear any responsibility for this case.

By Express Courier: For Asian, North American and European destination, in normal situation, the order can be received around 3- 5 working days after you receive Order Shipping/Pickup Notice. For other country destination, in normal situation, the items can be received around 7 working days after sending out.

By Registered Air Mail: For the Asian, North American and European destination, the order can be received around 5-10 working days after you receive Order Shipping/Pickup Notice. For other country destination, the orders can be received around 8-15 working days after sending out.

Remark: It generally takes about three months for investigation in case the order is lost in route.
